I have chosen to live near the gorgeous and lively bastide town of Eymet south of Bergerac in the southernmost corner of the Dordogne lying just north of the Lot et Garonne There is something to surprise, delight, and excite every palate! Think of all the reasons which are enticing you to move to France… yes, you will find them here. Rolling fields of sunflowers and vineyards studded with numerous chateaus, gentle roads and tracks along which to cycle and walk, meandering rivers for canoeing/kayaking, vibrant bastide towns full of history and colourful markets, not forgetting the sunny terraces from which to watch the world go by, whilst sampling the wines and delicacies of the region. Outdoor living at its finest. Long hot summers spanning from May through to October and it is often possible to sit outside in the depths of winter. One needs to carry sunglasses all year round! All this 25k /15 miles from Bergerac Airport and 123 km/ 76 miles from Bordeaux international airport.

About me

My husband and I escaped to France full time in July 2015, we already owned a holiday home here which made our move seamless! My working life has been in Financial Services in the UK, therefore the move into estate agency seemed a natural one, although helping people to find their dream property is far more enjoyable! I have a French mother, making me fluent in both languages, which is an asset enabling me to assist our Leggett clients in all aspects of their negotiations. I have first-hand experience of buying, selling, and completely renovating property in France, and would be delighted to help you to do the same!
